THE IMPORTANCE OF ANIMAL LIFE

Medicasco wants to have 0% CO2 emission because we want to secure the future of our children and the new generations. In addition to climate change and because of the fact that a huge amount of our citizens has a pet, animal’s life is an important matter in our society, Also, the most people are vegetarian and a quite part is vegan, they are concerned about the lives of their pets and animals.

'THE FESTIVALS WEEK'

People in late eighties and the beginnings of the nineties was demonstrating a lot in order to protect animals in the street and to afford for them special places where they can live and find foods and drinks. This is the why we organise the ‘The Festivals Week’ nowadays. The concept of protecting animals against starvation and injuries is one of the main concepts that we try to assure and enhance it.

Each year we organise ‘The Festivals Week’ in July, where we have a lot of food, drink, culture and entertainment festivals, in addition to these festivals we also organise “Pets Buffet Festival”, the concept of this festival is that every citizen can be able to go outside and have a walk with his pet. Besides that, we provide snacks and drinks but only for the pets. Food and drinks trucks are available for the ones who want to buy.

In the evening, the people in the capital can be able to go out and enjoy the music where the stages are. Our plan is to invite musical bands from all over the world. In this way we can also enhance our relationship with other countries and introduce the culture of the other countries to our people.

PUBLIC AWARENESS

The next day is a holiday in the country, so we organise in the noon lectures and debate about the importance of the animal life in our planet by inviting experts and researcher who works in the domain and advocate for better life for the planet. Such events can help to enhance the awareness of our people regarding this topic and help us as government to learn from the guests on how we can improve our policies in this domain.
